根据人力资源和社会保障部人事考试中心《关于做好2008年度造价工程师执业资格考试考务工作的通知》（人考中心函[2008]26号）精神，现将我市2008年度造价工程师执业资格考试报名工作有关事宜通知如下： 一、考试时间、科目及要求 2008年10月18日 上午 9：00—11：30 工程造价管理基础理论与相关法规 下午 2：00—5：00 工程造价计价与控制 10月19日 上午 9：00—11：30 建设工程技术与计量（土建、安装） 下午 2：00—6：00 工程造价案例分析 造价工程师执业资格考试为滚动考试，共设四个科目。报考4个科目的人员必须在连续两个考试年度内通过全部科目的考试；免试部分科目的人员必须在当年通过应试科目，方能取得《中华人民共和国造价工程师执业资格证书》。在四个考试科目中，除《工程造价案例分析》为主观题，在答题纸上作答外，其他科目的试题为客观题，在答题卡上作答。考生应考时，应携带黑色墨水的钢笔或签字笔、2B铅笔、橡皮、无声无文本编程功能的计算器。 二、报考条件及免试条件凡中华人民共和国公民，遵纪守法并具备以下条件之一者，均可参加造价工程师执业资格考试： （1）工程造价专业大专毕业后，从事工程造价业务工作满5年；工程或工程经济类大专毕业后，从事工程造价业务工作满6年。 （2）工程造价专业本科毕业后，从事工程造价业务工作满4年；工程或工程经济类本科毕业后，从事工程造价业务工作满5年。 （3）获上述专业第二学士学位或研究生班毕业和取得硕士学位后，从事工程造价业务工作满3年。 （4）获上述专业博士学位后，从事工程造价业务工作满2年。 在《造价工程师执业资格制度暂行规定》下发之日（即1996年8月26日）前，已受聘担任高级专业技术职务并具备下列条件之一者，可免试《工程造价管理相关知识》和《建设工程技术与计量》两个科目。 （1）1970年（含1970年，下同）以前工程或工程经济类本科毕业，从事工程造价业务工作满15年。 （2）1970年以前工程或工程经济类大专毕业，从事工程造价业务工作满20年。 （3）1970年以前工程或工程经济类中专毕业，从事工程造价业务工作满25年。 三、报名时间、报名方式及办法 （一）报名时间：2008年6月 30日－2008年7月10日。 （二）报名方式及办法：考试报名采用网上报名方式，报考人员须登录“大连人才”网（www.dl-rc.com）进行网上报名。 1.报考人员在规定的时间内登录“大连人才”网（www.dl-rc.com），进入网上报名系统，按照规定的流程和要求填写报名信息。 2.上传照片（本人近期免冠2寸单色背景彩色证件照，*.jpg格式，大小不得超过20K）。 3.首次参加造价工程师执业资格考试的报考人员及符合免试条件只参加部分科目报考人员，须携带从网上下载带有本人上传照片经单位审核盖章的《2008年造价工程师考试报名表》，及居民身份证、毕业证、学位证、专业技术资格证（各种证件均为原件），到市人才服务中心（沙河口区联合路100号）一楼9号窗口进行资格审核及照片审核。 4.往年考生（不含符合免试条件只参加部分科目报考人员）无须到现场进行资格审核。只须网上报名且通过照片审核后，即可进行网上缴费（提示：老考生报考须输入档案编号，档案编号登陆时点击找回档案号即可查询）。 5.网上缴费： 资格审核或照片审核通过者，可进行网上缴费。本次考试网上支付银行为工商银行。报考人员须登录“大连人才”网（www.dl-rc.com），在网上缴纳考试费用，考务费每科60元，具体缴费流程按网上规定步骤操作。 （1）考生可就近到工商银行办理“网上银行业务”，并领取“电子银行口令卡”。初次办理此项业务的考生必须上工商银行网站更改密码。 （2）考生登录报名系统点击“网上缴费”链接，通过中国工商银行网上在线按规定支付考务费。 （3）报考人员可以通过点击“详细信息”链接，确认缴费是否成功。如工商银行页面提示缴费成功，而本系统的“详细信息”没有提示缴费成功，请24小时后再进入本系统查询。切记不要重复缴费。 网上缴费截止时间为2008年7月11日24时。 领取缴费收据的考生请于2008年7月28日至30日携带身份证到大连市人才服务中心一楼大厅29号收费窗口领取。 6.报名信息确认 请报考人员于2008年7月28日至30日登录“大连人才”网（www.dl-rc.com）查询本人报考信息。如有误，请在上述时间内持居民身份证到市人才服务中心一楼9号窗口改正。逾期未改的，其后果由报考者本人承担。 四、查询考点、考场、考号及打印准考证 已缴费的报考人员请于2008年10月13日—10月17日期间登录“大连人才”网（www.dl-rc.com）打印准考证。 五、咨询电话 1、有关考务及网上报名上传照片等事宜，请拨打电话：84618662咨询。 2、有关网上缴费等事宜，请拨打电话：82655971咨询。 六、教材征订及考前培训 请与市工程建设标准造价管理处（地址：西岗区英华街65号）联系，电话：83649619
